At LuvRide, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review our guidelines below.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn, unused, and with all original tags.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@luvride.store.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@luvride.store so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or solution.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items purchased during a Sale or using a promotional discount code.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products that show signs of installation or use.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same eligibility criteria (original packaging, unused condition) apply.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
